RFID TECHNOLOGY
ID Enabled utilizes advanced RFID technology to incorporate screen media data, such as panel dimensions and customer-defined details into the screen media section. This simplifies re-ordering and inventory management and limits the need to physically measure screen media. ID Enabled allows operations to conveniently track orders with an electronic record instead of paperwork.
SCANNABLE CHIP
Operators scan the panel with a smartphone to easily retrieve and view the data. This is a significant improvement over other systems that require a separate RFID reader to access information. Simply open the MAJOR App, and scan the RFID logo.
AS EASY AS USING YOUR PHONE
Users scan FLEX‑MAT ID Enabled with the MAJOR App on Android and iOS smartphones. Screen media information such as dimensions, order numbers and more will appear on screen. Mining and aggregates operations also use the app to access up-to-date information about MAJOR products, use the vibration analysis FLEX‑MAT Sensor and use other digital tools.
