MAJOR launches the MAJOR FLEX-MAT App, providing aggregates and mining operations with up-to-date information and integration with MAJOR’s suite of innovative service tools.
Use the app with the vibration analysis FLEX‑MAT Sensor; retrieve data from FLEX‑MAT ID Enabled screens; and minimize the need to climb onto a screen deck with the included augmented reality measuring tool.

- The MAJOR FLEX-MAT App includes an augmented reality (AR) measuring tool.
- The tool makes it easier to measure panels not outfitted with ID Enabled.
- Producers use their phone’s camera within the MAJOR FLEX-MAT App to get approximate panel measurements.
- The tool minimizes the need to climb onto the screen deck.
RETRIEVE FLEX-MAT ID ENABLED READING
- Use the app to scan ID Enabled panels. No need for a dedicated RFID reader.
- Simply retrieve screen media data by scanning ID Enabled logo with the app or holding the phone near the panel to scan.
- ID Enabled improves the screen media re-ordering process and inventory management by allowing for a digital record of panel specifications.
- A minimized need for physical measurements reduces likelihood of ordering the wrong size of screen media and producing out-of-spec product.
USE VIBRATION TOOLS
- Operate the vibration analysis FLEX‑MAT Sensor through the app.
