FLEX-MAT screen technology allows wires, bonded to lime-green polyurethane strips, to vibrate independently from hook to hook for faster material stratification.

FLEX-MAT high-vibration wire screens are available in a side-tensioned or end-tensioned configuration.

Crown adapters are necessary in order to achieve the optimal crowned deck for your screen if the screen box was initially fitted with panels.

The adapters can be installed on flat decks that were originally designed to use modular synthetic screens or punch plates.
